Purchase terms and conditions
In these conditions are set out the rights and obligations of customers and InfinitePlay in connection with any purchase, sale, delivery or order of InfinitePlay products.
The buyer waives any own general conditions of purchase, unless otherwise agreed specifically accepted in writing by InfinitePlay.

Object
Subject of the contract of sale are the goods and services selected by the customer in the InfinitePlaycatalog, price list and website.

 

Conclusion
The purchase order shall be considered completed and irrevocable for the purchaser upon receipt of confirmation from InfinitePlay.
Once confirmed, the purchase order can not be canceled without the consent of the seller.

 

Database
Pursuant to art. 10 of Law 196/2003 the buyer is informed that the personal data relating to him will be stored into the InfinitePlaydatabase of which he is the data controller.
The data buyer's may be disclosed to government agencies, to group companies, debt collection company, consortia and associations with commercial purposes, market research or marketing.

Price and payment terms
The prices of the products offered by InfinitePlay are those listed in the catalogs and price lists and are VAT excluded.
The prices are indicative and are subject to change during the validity of catalogs and price lists themselves because of the increased cost of production.

(Payments must be made in the manner disclosed by the seller of InfinitePlay.)

The non-payment, even partial, of the bills over the deadline set , will produce the immediate effect of the interest at the rate referred to in Legislative Decree no. 9 October 2002 n . 231 , as well as the debit of bank charges and commissions .
Failure to pay authorized InfinitePlay to suspend shipments of material.

 

Delivery
Delivery of the products will take place at the headqaurter InfinitePlay.
The costs and conditions for packaging, shipping and delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
The terms of delivery, unless explicitly agreed otherwise, have an indicative nature only.

 

Compliance
The buyer will undertake to verify the integrity and operation of the equipment purchased . Any shortages from the packages damaged during shipment must be reported within 10 days from receipt of goods.

 

Warranty
We offer a two-year warranty for defects in material or workmanship to the final consumer to be understood as conventional warranty pursuant to Article 133 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ( Consumer Code ) .
The products are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover the nonconformities due to negligence or careless use (eg, failure to follow instructions for the operation of the device), installation or maintenance done by unauthorized personnel.

 

Responsibility
Products must be installed and used in accordance with their specifications and instructions " installation and use manual" provided by InfinitePlay; they also need to be installed and / or used in compliance with the safety regulations and the provisions governing the installation and use of electrical equipment in the country where the products are installed and / or used.
The buyer expressly exempt InfinitePlay from any liability arising from improper use, failure to comply with safety standards, technical specifications and instructions or user manuals.
The products whitch do not comply with the standards and / or specifications in force in the European Union will only be provided to the purchaser stating in the order that the destination country does not belong to the European Union and acknowledge that he has exhausted all the controls on the compatibility safety standards in force in the country outside the EU which they are intended.

Rights and obligations
If you purchased a product InfinitePlay any contract between the parties will be governed by Italian law and the court of PADOVA has the non-exclusive jurisdiction concerning disputes that may arise in connection with the sale of products.
The buyer accepts the jurisdiction of the court of PADOVA if InfinitePlay establishing the dispute in this court.
